All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone call or message may be required before dispatch.

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days for major cities and 4–7 working days for remote areas. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. From time to time, ZAARAR may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on the website or through marketing campaigns.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID (if available) to monitor the delivery status. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel. ZAARAR reserves the right to cancel such orders or charge additional delivery fees for re-shipping.
