At ZAARAR, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a request, customers must contact us with order details and clear proof (images or video) of the issue.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description. We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor variations such as slight color differences due to lighting or screen display.
If your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the item. In most cases, customers may be required to send the product back to our address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed after approval.
In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item). ZAARAR reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
To ensure a smooth process, customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery, as this may be required for claim verification.
